James Nicholson

I was born in North Carolina, but grew up in Anne Arundel County, Maryland from the age of 3. After graduating from North County High School in Glen Burnie, I attended university at Maryland College Park for Kinesiology, after which I served in the Army National Guard for 10 years as a combat medic. As a veteran, I am very familiar with the PCS process and the intricacies of the VA loan. Before joining our team, I owned a health and wellness market geared towards bringing healthy and affordable produce and products to lower income communities as well as government organizations such as the Pentagon, CDC, and the Patent office of Alexandria.  I strive to brings this same passion and enthusiasm to helping people through real estate. Having lived in and traveled to so many different countries through a non-profit organization I work with, I knows how vitally important it is to have a HOME: a place to call your own, a place that feels right, somewhere to put down roots and build a life.

In my personal life, I am married to Jessica and we have 2 adorable cats.  We love to volunteer with our church and  in our community, helping with food drives, building homes, and cleaning up neighborhoods.
